EXISTING BOOKINGS:
1. Will my existing booking with Cathay Holidays be impacted?
There will be no impact on bookings made with Cathay Holidays on or before 16 May 2024.
For bookings made on Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia, visit Manage Booking and enter your booking email address and the 13-digit itinerary number to retrieve your booking details.
ONLINE BOOKING:
1. What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit and debit cards.
Reserve now, pay later is available for selected hotel bookings only.
2. What merchant descriptor name will appear in my credit card statement?
Your booking will appear in your statement as EG*CATHAY PACIFIC.
3. How will l know if my booking was successful?
Once you have successfully made a booking, you will be directed to a confirmation page displaying a booking confirmation number.
You'll also receive a booking confirmation via email. Please check your inbox, spam and junk folders.

MANAGE BOOKING:
1. How do I manage my Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia booking?
To change or cancel your booking, simply:
1. Visit the Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia website.
2. Go to "Manage Booking".
3. Enter your booking email address and 13-digit itinerary number to retrieve your booking.
4. Alternatively, click on "See your itinerary" or the resource page link provided in your confirmation email.
Note: changes and cancellations are subject to the booking terms and conditions.
2. How do I check-in for my flight?
Visit Cathay > Online check-in.
